- •Review customer evidence such as photos, videos, and error codes
- •Diagnose root causes and determine next steps
- •Guide customers through remote troubleshooting
- •Dispatch technicians for on-site diagnostics when necessary
- •Verify warranty coverage and prepare cost estimates for out-of-warranty repairs
- •Negotiate fair solutions in line with the Generosity Framework
- •Act as the main contact for external service partners
- •Track open jobs and remove blockers
- •Keep all parties informed throughout the process
- •Document actions in Freshdesk for carrier claims and legal follow-up
