Requirements

  • •University degree in information science, Information Systems, Business Engineering, or equivalent technical work experience
  • •Deep understanding of cloud technologies and value proposition vs. on-prem solution
  • •General understanding of web development and common technologies
  • •Solution-focused understanding of REST APIs
  • •Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively
  • •Excellent German and English communication skills
  • •Expertise with web development, preferably knowledge with HTML/CSS and at least one programming language
  • •Experience with enterprise software and common concepts/integrations
  • •Knowledge about security and compliance topics in a SaaS environment

Education

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver engaging demos
  • •Identify the best technical setup for clients' internal communications
  • •Remove technical obstacles to secure deals
  • •Conduct technical evaluations of the Staffbase platform
  • •Consult on integration methods and architecture recommendations
  • •Provide guidance on APIs and implementation approaches
  • •Create RFP response documents to showcase the Staffbase product
  • •Interface between sales and product to share insights and inform development
