- Hands-on header bidding experience (Prebid.js preferred)
- Ad implementation experience (HTML/JavaScript)
- Deep understanding of programmatic supply chain
- Experience with price floor strategy
- Strong analytical skills (auction data, GAM reporting)
- Google Ad Manager (GAM/DFP) expertise
- Experience with SSP, DSP, or ad exchange
- Familiarity with ad quality/brand safety tooling
- Exposure to ad trafficking automation
- Experience in travel/publishing environments
Tasks
- Lead technical configuration and governance of Google Ad Manager
- Design ad unit architecture, targeting logic, and line item structure
- Ensure accurate and scalable campaign delivery
- Evaluate and onboard demand partners
- Lead header bidding strategy and Prebid.js configuration
- Set and test price floors for open auction and PMP channels
- Manage SSP and DSP relationships for performance and transparency
- Modify and debug HTML/JS ad templates
- Audit and adjust ad calls for improved viewability
- Recommend implementation changes for better performance
- Manage GAM configuration for scalability
- Validate demand partner rendering and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Monitor auction dynamics for inefficiencies and opportunities
- Develop auction strategy for new demand sources
- Track programmatic performance at partner, placement, and deal levels
- Advise on tooling decisions for long-term scalability
- Collaborate with product and engineering on ad slot implementation
- Partner with sales and campaign management on direct deals
- Explain AdTech concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
