  • Experience selling into or managing DACH region accounts
  • Ability to drive expansion or manage revenue

Tasks

  • Manage mid-market DACH customer portfolio (200–500 employees)
  • Drive net revenue retention through expansion, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders
  • Identify new use cases and departments for Make
  • Increase user adoption and workflow complexity
  • Partner with customers to scale automation
  • Generate additional pipeline within accounts and territory
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, and Partners for new opportunities
  • Balance expansion and new logo contributions
  • Ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes
  • Address risks early and partner with Customer Success
  • Position Make as a strategic platform
  • Own the full commercial cycle for deals
  • Maintain qualification, next steps, and forecasting discipline
  • Deliver consistent performance against revenue targets
  • Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partners
  • Contribute customer insights to Product and GTM teams
