- Serve as the primary contact between clients and internal teams
- Ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality client experience
- Drive day-to-day client deliverables, adhering to SLAs
- Act as liaison for on-time project delivery
- Manage client feedback and approvals
- Address client concerns and propose solutions
- Translate client priorities into clear briefs
- Identify upsell opportunities for senior roles
- Support client renewals and retention
- Prepare and present performance reports
- Facilitate client onboarding and provide guidance
- Gather feedback to improve services and inform decisions
