- Ability to rapidly acquire product knowledge
- Advising clients on products/services
- Addressing routine client concerns independently
- Proactively proposing solutions
- Identifying upsell opportunities
- Supporting retention strategies
- Experience supporting senior client leadership
- Experience in team management efforts
- Contributing to product strategy decisions
- Informing strategy based on client ambitions
Tasks
- Drive daily client deliverables
- Ensure adherence to SLAs
- Serve as liaison between client and internal teams
- Manage client experience and feedback
- Address client concerns independently
- Identify and propose solutions to issues
- Translate client priorities into clear briefs
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Support client renewals
- Contribute to retention strategies
- Prepare and present performance reports
- Facilitate client onboarding
- Guide clients on maximizing service value
- Gather feedback for service improvement
