Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology or related field
- Sales experience in laboratory, scientific, or healthcare industries
- Technical knowledge of customer applications and workflows
- Valid driver's license and travel flexibility
- Residence in Switzerland or near border
- Fluency in German, French, and English
- Experience with Microbiology testing products and workflows
- Experience in Microbiology testing industry
Tasks
- Increase revenue across Swiss market segments
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Represent the microbiology product portfolio
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Manage account relationships through consultative selling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Achieve and exceed specific sales targets
- Execute territory business plans
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Drive aligned territory growth strategies
