- Prior restaurant management or F&B sales experience
Tasks
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Protect core revenue and identify new opportunities
- Ensure high ROI on portfolio
- Guarantee world-class customer satisfaction
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients
- Bridge client operational needs with OpenTable technology
- Optimize and support hotels in your portfolio
- Document client communications in CRM
- Provide accurate productivity reports
- Report on account health and KPI progress
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of company solutions
- Understand table management and online marketing tools
- Demonstrate how tools solve C-suite challenges
- Provide market feedback to Product and Marketing teams
- Identify trends and feature requirements
- Influence global product roadmap
- Collaborate with Hotels Account Executives
- Support Inside Sales Representatives
- Ensure seamless transition from signed to live
- Accelerate revenue recognition
- Support new business rollouts
