  • Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients
  • Bridge client operational needs with OpenTable technology
  • Optimize and support hotels in your portfolio
  • Document client communications in CRM
  • Provide accurate productivity reports
  • Report on account health and KPI progress
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of company solutions
  • Understand table management and online marketing tools
  • Demonstrate how tools solve C-suite challenges
  • Provide market feedback to Product and Marketing teams
  • Identify trends and feature requirements
  • Influence global product roadmap
  • Collaborate with Hotels Account Executives
  • Support Inside Sales Representatives
  • Ensure seamless transition from signed to live
  • Accelerate revenue recognition
  • Support new business rollouts
