- Maintain accurate forecasts and account plans in Salesforce CRM
- Position the company's value through strategic client conversations
- Secure new business and contract renewals to achieve sales goals
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technology, and AI applications
- Network with editorial teams and influencers via meetings and events
- Represent client interests during collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Serve as the primary contact for all client requirements
- Craft impactful proposals and lead contract negotiations
- Coordinate commercial workflows with billing, finance, and product teams
