Tasks
- Accelerate business growth and retention
- Develop and execute long-term account strategies
- Partner with marketing and Commercial Excellence teams
- Transition new customer accounts to stable accounts
- Negotiate and communicate effectively internally and externally
- Understand and address customer needs
- Drive opportunities aligned with Amcor portfolio
- Manage strategic growth plans for assigned accounts
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers
- Identify and map key influencers within customer enterprises
- Keep business plans and customer strategies updated
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Operations
- Ensure account strategies are implemented
- Monitor and analyze account demand data
- Align with customers on sustainability and innovation
- Monitor business performance against targets
- Coordinate corrective actions to sales programs
- Respond effectively to customer needs and prospects
- Develop value propositions using value selling principles
- Set short- and long-term marketing strategies
- Promote and drive use of salesforce.com, PMDB, ANPos, and ValuePlus
