Tasks

  • Manage relationships with assigned sales portfolio
  • Serve as primary point of contact for business matters
  • Proactively manage sales for assigned merchant portfolio
  • Defend accounts against competitor poaching
  • Evaluate and communicate market and business trends
  • Acquire new merchants and retain existing ones
  • Recover lost merchants
  • Achieve KPIs such as Refund Ratio and Hit Rate
  • Take corrective action when KPIs deviate from expectations
  • Meet assigned budget targets
  • Fulfill account-specific contractual obligations
  • Achieve new business targets and action plans
  • Enhance merchants’ knowledge and expertise with our services
  • Maximize TFS business by managing IR and RR
  • Maximize DCC business by managing Hit Rate
  • Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and campaigns
  • Align with Key Account and Merchant Service departments
  • Document merchant-specific information in CRM
  • Focus on client retention
  • Drive new sales and acquisitions
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities
  • Renew contracts
  • Promote GB services and products
  • Develop and implement account plans
