- Winner’s mentality and readiness to learn
- Fluent Bulgarian (C2) and good English or German
- Experience with Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot
Tasks
- Advise interested caregivers and build your pipeline.
- Discuss care assignments and support transitions.
- Manage your caregiver base as their main contact.
- Maintain regular contact and conduct satisfaction surveys.
- Provide conflict resolution best practices to caregivers.
- Collaborate with international teams.
- Offer constructive feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
