- •Drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- •Handle customer escalations by collaborating across internal teams
- •Provide internal feedback as the voice of the customer
- •Execute playbooks and program ideas to improve KPIs
- •Document processes to support team efficiency and scalability
