Requirements

  • Successful selling of Service solutions or implementing Service transformation
  • Understanding of Service Business, Operations, and buyer profiles
  • Fluent German and English communication skills
  • Strong analytic and task solving skills
  • Ability to work in extended sales teams
  • Background in service applications or Customer Service Management

Tasks

  • Identify Service Cloud opportunities within existing Salesforce accounts
  • Prospect systematically to generate new leads from service leaders
  • Leverage business from new and established relationships
  • Define service transformation contributions for account-specific visions
  • Pitch the value of service transformation to management
  • Build trusted relationships with Heads of Service
  • Understand customer challenges and service demands
  • Strategize, negotiate, and close business at executive levels
  • Execute plans to accelerate Service Cloud growth
  • Maintain high visibility among peers in the sales team
  • Enable peers on product-specific messaging and sales techniques
  • Advise customers and prospects on service transformation
  • Evangelize field service transformation at meetings and events
  • Provide insights on future customer service opportunities
