Requirements
- •Minimum 2-5 years software sales experience
- •High level written and verbal English and German language skills
- •Comfortable in a high-velocity sales environment
- •Competitive, ambitious and driven
- •Team player with a collaborative orientation
- •Track record of over-achieving quota
- •Organized and detail-oriented
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Team mentorship/leading AE trainings
- •Proficient with sales tools
- •Background in FinTech sales is a plus
- •Prior experience in accounting/finance is a plus

Tasks
- •Cultivate relationships with executives to close new business deals
- •Drive the sales cycle by coordinating product demos and follow-up calls
- •Conduct pricing negotiations and manage the contract process
- •Meet or exceed revenue quotas
- •Network with potential clients to maintain a robust business pipeline
- •Follow up and nurture prospects regularly
- •Improve knowledge of the competitive landscape and customer needs
- •Position FloQast effectively to prospective customers
- •Build relationships with key influencers and decision makers through outreach
- •Coordinate post-sale launch calls between customers and the implementation team
- •Collaborate with Sales and Marketing management for open communication
- •Explore ways to improve team performance and related processes
- •Work closely with BDR Managers to ensure cohesive communication
- •Provide feedback on competitive activity and product direction
- •Develop a deep understanding of client challenges in closing their books
- •Work effectively in a team environment
- •Perform additional tasks as assigned to help meet company goals
