Requirements

  • Enterprise B2B sales experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals and long sales cycles
  • Pipeline building ability
  • Strong connections in North American market
  • Fluency in North American market understanding of enterprise buying decisions
  • Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, supply chain, or industrial sectors
  • Credible communication with procurement directors and CFOs on carbon data
  • Comfort operating in a startup environment
  • Proactive playbook building
  • Based in Germany (Munich or Berlin)
  • Willingness to travel to North America
  • Fluent English
  • Additional languages a bonus

Tasks

  • Generate pipeline by prospecting and qualifying leads
  • Identify and target emissions-intensive industries
  • Manage full-cycle enterprise sales from outreach to contract
  • Conduct discovery and multi-stakeholder negotiations
  • Close complex deals and secure contracts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate expertise in sustainability and supply chain
  • Engage procurement leads, CFOs, and sustainability directors
  • Support new customers during onboarding
  • Ensure early success and long-term retention
  • Gather and share market intelligence
  • Report on regulatory shifts and competitor movements
  • Identify and communicate prospect pain points
