  • Commercial resilience and persistence
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and ownership
  • Advantageous: Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or asset-intensive environments
  • Fluency in German and English (customer-facing)

Tasks

  • Own net-new customer acquisition in Germany-focused DACH
  • Proactively build pipeline with targeted strategies
  • Open doors in manufacturing, industrial, and infrastructure firms
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Engage operational leaders and C-level executives
  • Position Ultimo as a long-term enterprise partner
  • Collaborate with Sales Development and Pre-Sales
  • Build a pipeline focused on quality and value
