Requirements

  • C2 German language proficiency
  • 3+ years B2B SaaS closing experience
  • Competitive and hungry to win deals
  • Proven track record hitting quota
  • Experience managing long sales cycles
  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Clear communication of complex topics in German and English
  • Comfortable selling to C-level buyers
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC) is a plus
  • Familiarity with sales tools (HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, Sales Navigator) is a plus
  • Experience in early-stage startup environment is a plus
  • Experience selling into regulated industries
  • Academic or extracurricular track record of high achievement
  • Strong existing network in DACH SMB/mid-market tech
  • Exposure to compliance, information security, risk, or GRC topics

Tasks

  • Generate demand and close deals
  • Drive net-new revenue in DACH mid-market
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Build and maintain sales pipeline
  • Lead structured discovery and consultative sales
  • Engage senior decision-makers
  • Translate complex topics into business value
  • Collaborate with product, legal, and onboarding teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts
  • Define pricing and sales playbooks
  • Share market feedback to shape strategy
