Account Executive Mid-market (German Speaking)(m/w/x)
Closing B2B SaaS deals for security compliance automation in the DACH mid-market. 3+ years closing experience and C2 German proficiency required. Relocation to Munich, generous equity, and 1000 EUR annual personal development budget.
Requirements
- C2 German language proficiency
- 3+ years B2B SaaS closing experience
- Competitive and hungry to win deals
- Proven track record hitting quota
- Experience managing long sales cycles
- Strong prospecting skills
- Clear communication of complex topics in German and English
- Comfortable selling to C-level buyers
- Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC) is a plus
- Familiarity with sales tools (HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, Sales Navigator) is a plus
- Experience in early-stage startup environment is a plus
- Experience selling into regulated industries
- Academic or extracurricular track record of high achievement
- Strong existing network in DACH SMB/mid-market tech
- Exposure to compliance, information security, risk, or GRC topics
Tasks
- Generate demand and close deals
- Drive net-new revenue in DACH mid-market
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build and maintain sales pipeline
- Lead structured discovery and consultative sales
- Engage senior decision-makers
- Translate complex topics into business value
- Collaborate with product, legal, and onboarding teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts
- Define pricing and sales playbooks
- Share market feedback to shape strategy
