  • Expand Alma’s customer base
  • Manage the entire sales cycle for new Mid-Market accounts
  • Prospect and qualify leads
  • Negotiate and sign contracts
  • Engage with C-Level Executives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to navigate challenges
  • Demonstrate the value of Alma’s solutions
  • Represent Alma at trade shows and conferences
  • Contribute to optimizing internal processes
  • Maximize Alma’s take rate
  • Ensure activated merchants are fully optimized
  • Organize and track sales activities via CRM
