Requirements

  • Track record of complex multi-stakeholder sales
  • Desire to apply expertise in SaaS
  • Seasoned software hunter or industry professional
  • Proficiency in Challenger Methodology principles
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC framework
  • Robust sales acumen and value-driven selling
  • Ability to establish C-level relationships
  • Capacity to thrive in rapid growth
  • Adept at building initiatives from scratch
  • Professional fluency in German and English
  • Strong collaborative spirit and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in additional languages (desirable)

Tasks

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Execute proactive generation activities and consistent cadences
  • Collaborate with SDRs to nurture growth opportunities
  • Manage complex sales processes for enterprise accounts
  • Liaise internally to ensure alignment across teams
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and marketing events
  • Analyze customer supply chain and business processes
  • Identify improvement opportunities using the SaaS solution
  • Manage autonomous forecasting and sales activity
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Pre-Sales teams
  • Enhance and execute regional commercial strategies
