Requirements

  • Native/Bilingual German
  • 2-4 years B2B Sales experience, preferably SaaS, mid-market, finance/audit/consulting/TS
  • Studies from top business or Engineering school
  • Passion for sales and proven track record
  • Tenacious, resilient, results-driven salesperson
  • Ability to understand business leaders' cash flow needs
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • High intellectual curiosity

Tasks

  • Collaborate with Business Development, Outbound SDR, Inbound SDR, and Partnership Managers
  • Generate new business by acquiring new logos
  • Drive sales and expand customer base within the SMB segment
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with potential clients
  • Close deals to meet sales targets
  • Define and implement sectoral development strategy with SDRs
  • Target SMB companies that can benefit from Agicap’s solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales
  • Stay informed about industry developments and market trends
  • Monitor and analyze performance to identify improvement areas
  • Provide feedback to Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams
  • Share commercial expertise to enhance team performance
