Acquiring new logos and driving sales for a mid-market cash management platform. Native/bilingual German and 2-4 years B2B SaaS sales experience required. Uncapped commissions and merit-based advancement.
Requirements
- Native/Bilingual German
- 2-4 years B2B Sales experience, preferably SaaS, mid-market, finance/audit/consulting/TS
- Studies from top business or Engineering school
- Passion for sales and proven track record
- Tenacious, resilient, results-driven salesperson
- Ability to understand business leaders' cash flow needs
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- High intellectual curiosity
- Great ambition and drive to exceed objectives
- Strong business acumen
- Above-average interpersonal skills
- Team spirit and desire to share knowledge
Tasks
- Collaborate with Business Development, Outbound SDR, Inbound SDR, and Partnership Managers
- Generate new business by acquiring new logos
- Drive sales and expand customer base within the SMB segment
- Identify new business opportunities
- Build relationships with potential clients
- Close deals to meet sales targets
- Define and implement sectoral development strategy with SDRs
- Target SMB companies that can benefit from Agicap’s solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and close sales
- Stay informed about industry developments and market trends
- Monitor and analyze performance to identify improvement areas
- Provide feedback to Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams
- Share commercial expertise to enhance team performance
