- Comfort with production environments and understanding automation requirements
- Collaboration between sales and engineering for viable solutions
- Consistent CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and quota-carrying mindset
- Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are assets
- Builder and operator combining strategy with hands-on execution
- Capable of scaling fast while maintaining excellence
Tasks
- Engage in consultative selling to find optimal automation solutions
- Listen deeply and solve customer problems
- Manage the entire sales funnel

- Collaborate with Application Engineers on technical designs
- Turn concepts into simulated machine designs
- Provide field feedback to leadership
- Help refine sales strategies
- Ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met
