Tasks

  • Win and grow customers within the DACH region
  • Target MedTech companies valuing speed and expertise
  • Own the full end-to-end sales cycle
  • Contribute directly to revenue and scalable sales motions
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Prospect and discover new business opportunities
  • Align solutions and lead commercial negotiations
  • Close deals and drive account expansion
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline
  • Execute outbound, inbound, and event-based lead generation
  • Conduct consultative conversations with MedTech decision-makers
  • Articulate ROI and business value to prospects
  • Convert marketing campaigns and webinars into opportunities
  • Partner with Sales Engineering on technical deal requirements
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer teams
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy
