- •3 years sales experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics
- •Native or near-native German with professional English
- •Strong understanding of German e-commerce landscape and business culture
- •Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and take initiative
- •Data-driven approach to sales with strong analytical skills
- •Adaptability and willingness to wear multiple hats in a startup environment
- •Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in a fast-paced environment

- •Develop and implement the German market strategy
- •Identify key segments and market insights
- •Collaborate with internal teams on localized approaches
- •Provide feedback on the German market to improve products and sales
- •Source and qualify leads for pipeline development
- •Conduct qualification calls to assess fit
- •Maintain the pipeline to meet revenue targets
- •Use data to prioritize prospects
- •Mentor and support existing SDRs
- •Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- •Deliver value-focused product demos
- •Create proposals and manage negotiations
- •Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding handovers
- •Build relationships with key German e-commerce brands
- •Become a trusted advisor to prospects and clients
- •Represent Bigblue at German industry events
- •Promote Bigblue's success stories as a brand evangelist
