Tasks
- Act as a consultative sales professional
- Take ownership of dedicated key accounts
- Position the full Genesys solution portfolio
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline
- Secure net-new business
- Drive revenue growth in key accounts
- Achieve annual sales targets
- Convert key account opportunities into won business
- Develop and maintain relationships with key account clients
- Participate in complex and consultative sales engagements
- Sell complex software solutions to Healthcare & Public Sector clients
- Jointly develop account and opportunity plans using MEDDPICC
- Generate sales-driven pipeline with strong outbound outreach
- Orchestrate a cross-functional team and partner ecosystem
- Identify customer and project demands
- Map customer demands to the Genesys portfolio
- Collaborate as a team player and leader of virtual teams
- Orchestrate and win complex sales cycles
- Take revenue responsibility and carry a sales quota
- Engage with internal cross-functional teams post-sales
- Manage initial phases of post-sales support
- Ensure proper implementation setup
