Requirements

  • Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales experience (SaaS ideally)
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Self-motivated and tech-savvy, seeking solutions to improve client relationships
  • Caring for clients, ensuring comfort with products and support
  • Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach effectiveness
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and German
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability

Tasks

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Drive account retention and growth
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactively handle renewals with Customer Success
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly performance
  • Negotiate deals and contracts at C-level and enterprise
  • Discover and align with customer strategic needs
  • Set goals and objectives for business impact
  • Analyze stakeholder mapping and strategy
  • Ensure successful renewals and commercial targets
  • Achieve Customer Success and NPS targets
  • Promote customer advocacy with marketing
  • Monitor market trends and industry analysis
  • Align stakeholders with product and strategic roadmap
