Requirements
- Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales experience (SaaS ideally)
- Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
- Self-motivated and tech-savvy, seeking solutions to improve client relationships
- Caring for clients, ensuring comfort with products and support
- Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach effectiveness
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and German
- High sense of responsibility and accountability
Tasks
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts
- Drive account retention and growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Proactively handle renewals with Customer Success
- Forecast monthly and quarterly performance
- Negotiate deals and contracts at C-level and enterprise
- Discover and align with customer strategic needs
- Set goals and objectives for business impact
- Analyze stakeholder mapping and strategy
- Ensure successful renewals and commercial targets
- Achieve Customer Success and NPS targets
- Promote customer advocacy with marketing
- Monitor market trends and industry analysis
- Align stakeholders with product and strategic roadmap
