Requirements

  • •University degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
  • •Proven experience managing complex interdisciplinary projects within procurement
  • •Experience in supplier relationship management, supplier engagement, procurement, or supply chain process management
  • •Deep understanding of supply chain processes and supplier relationship dynamics
  • •Experience on sustainability projects, such as LCA calculations, ESG reporting, or carbon reduction mapping
  • •Previous experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
  • •Fluent English skills; German language knowledge is a strong plus; additional language knowledge is advantageous
  • •Analytical mindset with ability to interpret supplier performance data
  • •Supportive team player with self-driven work attitude

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Develop and implement supplier engagement strategies
  • •Lead multiple supplier engagement projects
  • •Manage supplier relationships from onboarding to data integration
  • •Create Scope 3 targets and reduction pathways
  • •Stay informed about industry trends and compliance policies
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data mapping and integration
  • •Enhance scalability and automation of the supplier engagement program
