- Define supplier KPIs and conduct performance evaluations
- Implement continuous improvement programs
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams for supply chain readiness
- Lead and develop a high-performing supplier management team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Support corporate sustainability objectives
- Engage with executive stakeholders and provide strategic insights
