Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong professional experience in end-to-end recruitment for Retail and sales roles in consumer goods environments for premium or luxury brands
  • Deep expertise in active sourcing, candidate engagement, and interview techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ensuring high-quality candidate experience
  • Solid understanding of German labor law and recruitment compliance
  • Data-driven mindset and experience with recruiting KPIs
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel across key European cities

Tasks

  • Build strong on-the-ground presence in key European cities
  • Connect with talent in local retail environments
  • Strengthen relationships with stores and regional stakeholders
  • Manage full end-to-end recruitment process for Retail roles
  • Support corporate Sales roles as needed
  • Partner with leadership and HR Business Partners
  • Conduct market mapping and salary benchmarking
  • Provide candidate market insights
  • Sharpen role requirements with Hiring Managers
  • Ensure alignment with business needs and customer-centric culture
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for Retail and Sales talent
  • Execute talent mapping and active sourcing
  • Build sustainable talent pipelines
  • Create and manage engaging job postings
  • Attract top Retail and customer-facing talent
  • Monitor and manage applications via ATS
  • Ensure accurate documentation and efficient pipeline management
  • Provide seamless candidate experience
  • Lead interview coordination
  • Conduct interviews
  • Manage candidate communication
  • Ensure structured assessments and engaging candidate journey
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics
  • Review hiring progress, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness
  • Analyze key talent acquisition KPIs for management
  • Drive continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition
  • Optimize processes
  • Enhance employer branding
  • Develop recruiting campaigns
