(Senior) Process Manager - Payroll & Time Management(m/w/x)
Global process design and system optimization for payroll and time management. Master's degree and few years of global payroll/time management systems experience required. Preferential consideration for severely disabled applicants.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration or related field or comparable qualification
- Few years of relevant experience in payroll/time management processes, ideally with global exposure
- Solid knowledge of payroll/time management systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workforce) with hands-on experience
- Experience supporting design and improvement of efficient, user-oriented processes, with awareness for global standards and local requirements
- Effective communication with cross-functional and regional stakeholders, building collaborative relationships
- Good understanding of roles, authorization concepts, and compliance in payroll/time processes; initial implementation experience is a plus
- Experience in projects or initiatives within cross-functional and/or international teams is beneficial
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Several years of relevant working experience in designing and implementing global payroll and time processes
- Subject matter expertise with payroll/time management applications (SAP, Success Factors, Workforce)
- Experience in designing efficient, user-centric global processes, reflecting localization needs
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across all organization levels
- Proven track record in designing and deploying audit-proof role and authorization concepts for payroll/time processes and systems
- Experience in complex projects in a globally dispersed team is a considerable plus

Tasks
- Shape and safeguard global payroll and time management processes
- Act as senior subject matter authority
- Drive global standards and system optimization
- Lead complex cross-country initiatives end-to-end
- Ensure compliance with global payroll and time management processes
- Contribute to strategic evolution of Payroll & Time processes
- Support standardization and harmonization of global processes
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and GBS Centers on global initiatives
- Translate global process strategy into actionable measures
- Support roadmap execution and change initiatives
- Provide guidance on payroll and time-related processes
- Support issue resolution and escalation handling
- Take ownership of specific modules in global payroll systems
- Contribute to lifecycle and release activities
- Maintain governance frameworks
- Create and update SOPs, controls, roles, and authorization concepts
- Monitor process performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Stay informed about regulatory updates and industry practices
- Oversee end-to-end global payroll and time management processes
- Ensure standardization, harmonization, and audit-proof design
- Lead complex global initiatives and programs
- Collaborate on system rollouts, major enhancements, and regulatory changes
- Create actionable roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes
- Provide expert guidance and act as escalation point
- Assume or delegate system ownership and senior functional governance
- Design and safeguard global governance models
- Initiate improvement measures to enhance efficiency and compliance
