- Emerging relationship building and selling skills
- Ability to analyze information and synthesize into reports, presentations, and proposals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proven customer service/relations skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Zero to two years of client management experience
- Fluent in German and English
- Sales experience
- Working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week
Tasks
- Provide proactive support to assigned Elavon clients
- Maintain and grow client accounts
- Enhance client profitability
- Ensure overall client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to increase client profitability
- Sell merchant processing products and services
- Handle internal and external client issues
- Manage client projects
- Communicate with clients via telephone and email
Education
- Bachelor's degree

- German – Business Fluent
- English – Business Fluent
