  • Working experience in large international organization
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent ability to prioritize and anticipate needs
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Very good communication skills, precise written skills, eye for detail
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Good understanding of insurance industry or real estate
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Manage PIMCO Prime Engagement Survey action items
  • Ensure effective management of diary commitments
  • Handle travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, personal bookings)
  • Troubleshoot travel-related issues
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for the CFO
