- Familiarity with SAP accounting and financial management
Tasks
- Create a welcoming office environment
- Welcome guests and address their needs
- Manage vendor relationships for office operations
- Serve as the primary contact for office matters
- Maintain security and control access at the reception desk
- Define processes for day-to-day office management
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Legal on internal policies
- Partner with HR to shape office culture
- Organize internal events and celebrations
- Assist new employees with orientation and onboarding
- Support management with office space and environment requests
- Provide guidance to administrative support for senior management
- Ensure compliance with local H&S regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate ergonomic evaluations and provide recommendations
- Maintain office supplies and inventory within budget
- Promote positive relationships with local regulatory authorities
- Facilitate safety meetings and capture meeting minutes
- Coordinate emergency response efforts and training
- Uphold company mission and values
- Train and mentor team members on processes
