- •Familiarity with SAP accounting and financial management

- •Define processes for day-to-day office management
- •Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Legal on internal policies
- •Partner with HR to shape office culture
- •Organize internal events and celebrations
- •Assist new employees with orientation and onboarding
- •Support management with office space and environment requests
- •Provide guidance to administrative support for senior management
- •Ensure compliance with local H&S regulations and safety standards
- •Coordinate ergonomic evaluations and provide recommendations
