Tasks

  • Own the daily workplace environment
  • Ensure smooth operations in Zurich, Munich, Berlin, and Vienna hubs
  • Perform regular walkthroughs to assess workspace conditions
  • Coordinate and manage office resources, including supplies and equipment
  • Monitor contracted services for quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Experience and Health & Safety teams
  • Reinforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Support workplace-related projects and internal events
  • Liaise with external suppliers for timely service delivery
  • Assist with front desk tasks, including mail and package management
  • Handle daily administrative tasks like invoice processing
  • Monitor communications through Slack, email, and Zendesk
  • Create and send internal communications and announcements
  • Obtain and compare quotes for purchases and negotiate terms
  • Maintain an analytical eye on workplace operations
  • Manage multiple tasks with structure and clarity
  • Support additional hubs and travel as needed
