Requirements

  • EU citizenship (including Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein)
  • Registration on www.civiweb.com before 28th birthday
  • Completed aeronautical engineering degree or equivalent
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, independent work
  • High degree of customer focus
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent English, German is a plus
  • Submission of cover letter, CV, relevant transcripts, letters of reference
  • Submission of CV, short cover letter and highest degree certification

Tasks

  • Support H135/145 Connected Services customers during operation
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting
  • Ensure delivery of Connected Services
  • Train customers on Connected Services during aircraft delivery
  • Train customers on Connected Services during operation
  • Support global customer centers in Connected Services delivery
  • Conduct internal and external training missions
  • Promote AH Connected Services internally and externally
  • Manage contracts for AH Connected Services
  • Facilitate customer workshops on AH Connected Services
  • Develop new Connected Services for H135/145

Education

  • Compulsory education
