Requirements

  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable field
  • Subject-specific additional qualification or equivalent knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience in areas of responsibility
  • Experience in customer support
  • Knowledge and experience in applying aviation regulations
  • Understanding of general helicopter technology, operations, and maintenance
  • High reactivity, customer orientation, and strong team skills
  • Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Education

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • Handle and document technical helicopter incidents and malfunctions
  • Analyze and classify technical issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop complex technical solutions
  • Provide technical support to maintain helicopter airworthiness
  • Identify improvement opportunities based on customer feedback
  • Process inquiries related to technical documentation
  • Support the documentation team in creating manuals and service bulletins
  • Assess reported damages and create repair solutions
  • Prepare technical reports based on investigations
  • Participate in proposal and presentation preparation
  • Take on functional and project-related tasks
  • Present work results
