Requirements

  • Highly motivated graduate
  • Aged 18 to 28 years
  • Citizen of the European Union (EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein)
  • University degree in aeronautical engineering or equivalent
  • Customer oriented, organized, structured, rigorous, dynamic mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • First practical experience in industrial environment beneficial
  • Proactive, goal oriented, independent work
  • High degree of customer focus
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

Tasks

  • Support H135/H145 Value Stream Management
  • Produce over 100 H145 aircraft annually
  • Develop and maintain Current State and Future State Value Stream Maps
  • Align stakeholders for production planning
  • Prepare industrialization schedules for new helicopter variants
  • Analyze production data and KPIs
  • Drive production improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and report production progress
  • Track customer helicopter orders to final delivery
  • Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify and reduce production cycle bottlenecks
  • Reduce total lead time from order to delivery

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Fluent
  • German – is a plus
