Requirements

  • •Qualified lawyer (Swiss, EU, UK, or US)
  • •15+ years of experience in corporate/commercial law
  • •Proven business partnership with a solution-oriented approach
  • •Proven ability to partner with international businesses

  • •Strong understanding of international legal frameworks
