Tasks

- Set clear guidelines for non-promotional activities
- Advise on medical governance and design international standards
- Define boundaries between non-promotional and promotional conduct
- Enhance SOPs for Medical/Legal/Regulatory review
- Oversee legal review of medical materials for compliance
- Support frameworks for HCP engagements and advisory activities
- Advise on speaker training and medical education compliance
- Drive innovation in Medical Affairs strategies
- Monitor legal risks related to digital medical tools
- Partner with Ethics and Compliance to manage risks
- Contribute to audits and regulatory inquiries responses
- Track industry trends and evolving laws
- Translate changes into practical guidance and training
- Report on key IMA matters to senior leaders
- Foster collaboration with legal and business leaders
- Participate in medical governance bodies
- Lead initiatives to build departmental knowledge and capabilities
