- •Several years of experience in CRM, email marketing, marketing automation or growth marketing
- •Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (Iterable, Lytics, Zoho)
- •Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels and conversion optimization
- •Experience working with tracking, analytics and BI tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau)
- •Structured, analytical and data-driven working style
- •High level of ownership with a strong hands-on mentality
- •Team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, UX, Data and Commercial teams
- •Very good German and English skills, written and spoken

- •Own and develop cross-selling, referral, and retention mechanisms
- •Design, run, and optimize email and CRM campaigns
- •Manage user journey stages: onboarding, activation, re-engagement, and cross-selling
- •Build and operate referral and recommendation programs
- •Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams
- •Plan and execute A/B tests and funnel optimizations
- •Define, monitor, and improve key KPIs like activation and retention
- •Analyze user behavior and derive actionable optimization strategies
