Requirements

  • Execute renewal contracts and upsell opportunities
  • Maintain and grow annual renewal rates
  • Establish strong relationships focused on client retention
  • Identify and close cross-sell and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to find growth
  • Provide insights to improve future client outcomes
  • Maximize total revenue while ensuring customer success
  • Articulate the company's value proposition clearly
  • Resolve customer issues and problems effectively
  • Develop comprehensive 'win' strategies for renewals
  • Negotiate strategies for medium and large accounts
  • Identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks
  • Drive renewals to on-time closure
  • Create innovative retention plans for escalated clients
  • Negotiate pricing and contract durations
  • Generate renewal order forms and proposals
  • Maintain accurate pipelines using Salesforce, Planhat, and Clari
