Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in CRM, email marketing, marketing automation or growth marketing
  • •Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (Iterable, Lytics, Zoho)
  • •Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels and conversion optimization
  • •Experience working with tracking, analytics and BI tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau)
  • •Structured, analytical and data-driven working style
  • •High level of ownership with a strong hands-on mentality
  • •Team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, UX, Data and Commercial teams
  • •Very good German and English skills, written and spoken

Tasks

  • •Own and develop cross-selling, referral, and retention mechanisms
  • •Design, run, and optimize email and CRM campaigns
  • •Manage user journey stages: onboarding, activation, re-engagement, and cross-selling
  • •Build and operate referral and recommendation programs
  • •Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams
  • •Plan and execute A/B tests and funnel optimizations
  • •Define, monitor, and improve key KPIs like activation and retention
  • •Analyze user behavior and derive actionable optimization strategies
