Requirements

  • Several years of experience in CRM, email marketing, marketing automation or growth marketing
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (Iterable, Lytics, Zoho)
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels and conversion optimization
  • Experience working with tracking, analytics and BI tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau)
  • Structured, analytical and data-driven working style
  • High level of ownership with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, UX, Data and Commercial teams
  • Very good German and English skills, written and spoken

  • Own and develop cross-selling, referral, and retention mechanisms
  • Design, run, and optimize email and CRM campaigns
  • Manage user journey stages: onboarding, activation, re-engagement, and cross-selling
  • Build and operate referral and recommendation programs
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams
  • Plan and execute A/B tests and funnel optimizations
  • Define, monitor, and improve key KPIs like activation and retention
  • Analyze user behavior and derive actionable optimization strategies
