Requirements

- Advanced degree or equivalent life science/healthcare experience
- MBA or consulting experience highly preferred
- In-depth TA knowledge in Neuroscience
- Track record to acquire TA expertise rapidly
- Highly agile capacity
- Support strategic DAs and multiple programs
- Substantial experience evaluating new product opportunities
- 5-7 years Industry pharma/medical devices experience
- Experience in R&D and/or commercial functions
- Experience conducting, commissioning, analyzing primary research
- Experience of strategy development
- Experience of asset shaping early in lifecycle
- Recent (post 2015) local US in-market experience
- US healthcare systems experience
Tasks
- Support creation and update of holistic TA strategy
- Provide early-phase commercial insights to project teams
- Guide internal pipeline development for TA
- Identify external licensing and acquisition opportunities
- Support enterprise alignment across BR, Development, S&G, and Commercial units
- Bring external benchmarking and analysis to TA strategy
- Develop sustainable growth strategies for short, mid, and long-term
- Understand pharmaceutical industry and Neuroscience TA
- Derive competitive advantages in Neuroscience
- Provide commercial insights to R&D project teams
- Analyze reports and publications for key messages
- Build product forecasts
- Develop strategic external insights for growth opportunities
- Identify emerging competitive challenges
- Create third-party view of key strategic levers
- Commission targeted primary research
