Requirements

  • •Proven experience in testing, test automation, test analysis, and test management
  • •Familiarity with Agile setups (Scrum) and BDD methodology
  • •Background in software development or software automation
  • •Ability to develop tools through scripting or small development projects
  • •Ability to leverage LLM capabilities in daily work
  • •Proficiency in Jira X-Ray, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • •Experience with Bamboo, SonarQube, Git, and/or Kibana
  • •Familiarity with financial and/or banking fields
  • •Well-organized and structured
  • •Experience in running and leading effective meetings and workshops
  • •Good communication skills with IT and non-IT colleagues, clients, and management
  • •Ability to work in English and French
  • •Swiss residency

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Shape and lead quality assurance plans for key products
  • •Join test, specification, and feature modeling workshops
  • •Draft test plans for releases, projects, and products
  • •Execute test plans, including setup, oversight, and reporting
  • •Pre-check bugs for first-level assessments
  • •Track bug backlogs and drive timely fixes
  • •Advocate for and implement test automation where beneficial
  • •Ensure readiness of test settings and maintain the test ecosystem
  • •Oversee security audits and penetration testing campaigns
  • •Review and streamline the test process for greater efficiency
  • •Assess Front Tech's quality maturity using an in-house framework
  • •Contribute to the continuous quality improvement plan
  • •Lead the rollout of quality practices and tools within the group
