Requirements

  • •Expertise in system integration, technical environment management, and cutover planning
  • •Ability to design, structure, and maintain cutover artefacts
  • •Understanding of multi-system architectures, vendor platforms, and technical dependencies
  • •Involvement in major go-lives, system migrations, or transformation initiatives
  • •Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • •Hands-on experience managing multiple external vendors and complex technical environments
  • •Ability to work in English and French
  • •Swiss resident or willingness to relocate

Work Experience

approx. 1 - 4 years

Tasks

  • •Lead and coordinate system and vendor activities for cutover
  • •Act as the primary liaison between internal IT teams and external vendors
  • •Manage and control cutover technical environments for availability and stability
  • •Define and plan system integration activities and vendor workstreams
  • •Translate integration and vendor plans into cutover artefacts
  • •Ensure vendors and system owners meet cutover timelines and readiness criteria
  • •Establish governance around technical readiness and inter-system dependencies
  • •Oversee execution during cutover rehearsals and final go-live
  • •Provide structured reporting and regular status updates to project leadership
