Requirements
- •Expertise in system integration, technical environment management, and cutover planning
- •Ability to design, structure, and maintain cutover artefacts
- •Understanding of multi-system architectures, vendor platforms, and technical dependencies
- •Involvement in major go-lives, system migrations, or transformation initiatives
- •Excellent communication and coordination skills
- •Hands-on experience managing multiple external vendors and complex technical environments
- •Ability to work in English and French
- •Swiss resident or willingness to relocate
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Lead and coordinate system and vendor activities for cutover
- •Act as the primary liaison between internal IT teams and external vendors
- •Manage and control cutover technical environments for availability and stability
- •Define and plan system integration activities and vendor workstreams
- •Translate integration and vendor plans into cutover artefacts
- •Ensure vendors and system owners meet cutover timelines and readiness criteria
- •Establish governance around technical readiness and inter-system dependencies
- •Oversee execution during cutover rehearsals and final go-live
- •Provide structured reporting and regular status updates to project leadership
