- •Experience managing multiple external vendors
- •Experience in major system migrations
- •Banking experience is a plus

- •Liaise between IT teams, vendors, and the Cutover PM
- •Manage and control technical environment readiness
- •Plan system integration activities and vendor workstreams
- •Translate integration plans into chronograms and runbooks
- •Secure vendor commitment to timelines and readiness criteria
- •Enforce governance for technical readiness and risk mitigation
- •Oversee cutover rehearsals and final go-live execution
- •Report status updates to program leadership
