Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and regulatory requirements
  • •Expertise in transition planning, business readiness frameworks, and operational risk controls
  • •Ability to analyze cross-stream impacts, reconcile data, and define effective interim operating procedures
  • •Hands-on experience in business operations, transformation initiatives, or cutover and go-live delivery roles
  • •Experience coordinating cross-functional business teams during system migrations or major operational changes
  • •Familiarity with regulated financial environments and strong understanding of banking operations
  • •Excellent communication skills
  • •Ability to work in English and French
  • •Swiss resident or willingness to relocate

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Define the business cutover scope and governance model
  • •Establish business readiness criteria and freeze rules
  • •Ensure alignment across Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Front Office
  • •Design and validate business transition states
  • •Coordinate business tasks across multiple streams
  • •Integrate tasks into cutover artefacts like chronograms and runbooks
  • •Lead preparation activities including reconciliations and manual workarounds
  • •Oversee execution of business activities during rehearsals and go-live phases
  • •Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies across business streams
  • •Provide clear reporting and communication to the Cutover Project Manager
