Requirements
- •Experience in Manufacturing or Industrial operations
- •Passion for Digital Transformation in Manufacturing
- •Focus on improving systems at scale
- •Team player in an agile environment
- •Eagerness to work cross-functionally
- •Fluency in German
- •5-10+ years of enterprise SaaS technical sales experience
- •10+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Industrial operations
- •Experience in selling to manufacturing companies
- •Excellent business writing, presentation, and communication skills
- •Preferred experience with MES/MoM, LES/LIMS, WMS, QMS, ERP, SPC, IIoT
- •Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability
- •Passion for technology and current trends in SaaS, PaaS, IIoT, and cloud solutions
- •Detail-oriented with ability to assimilate new concepts
- •Travel required between 10-50% depending on demand
- •BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Computer Science)
- •Fluency in English

- •Collaborate with sales executives to progress opportunities
- •Deliver impactful technical demonstrations of Tulip solutions
- •Articulate benefits of Tulip applications to various stakeholders
- •Provide technical pre-sales support to channel and strategic partners
- •Develop and train personnel on product demonstrations and positioning
- •Identify and engage with technical stakeholders for alignment
- •Manage internal requests using internal systems
- •Provide input on prospect requests and product enhancements
- •Facilitate brainstorming sessions and build consensus
- •Gather needs and analyze requirements for new customers
- •Analyze and track reseller competencies and technical delivery
- •Develop responses for RFx, technical assessments, and questionnaires
- •Lead scoping and estimation of implementation projects
