Requirements

• •Degree in electrical, power, or mechanical engineering
• •Enjoyment of applying knowledge in industrial settings
• •5+ years industrial power energy experience
• •2-3 years functional engineering team leadership
• •High proficiency in ABB products
• •Understanding of product lifecycle and documentation
• •Motivation for collaboration and communication
• •Teamwork skills and organizational talent
• •High responsibility, safety, and integrity commitment
• •Fluent English and multicultural communication skills
• •German language skills are a plus

Tasks

• •Oversee global manufacturability, quality, and cost optimization
• •Align with product managers on roadmap execution
• •Define and prioritize business-critical tasks
• •Act as the primary technical contact for stakeholders
• •Coordinate between engineering, operations, and product management
• •Gather team input and decide on minor product topics
• •Consult stakeholders regarding complex technical issues
• •Maintain all relevant product documentation
• •Manage the product lifecycle and strategic goals
• •Execute proactive obsolescence management
• •Assess the impact of standard changes

• •Contribute to service R&D projects
• •Support service product transitions through release phases
• •Evaluate and productize engineered solutions
