- TCP/IP and DICOM networking expertise for troubleshooting
- Management of SwiftMR cloud operations
- Primary technical resource for clients
- In-depth troubleshooting for integration/connectivity issues
- Development of implementation and troubleshooting documentation
- Client check-ins for feature utilization
- Planning and coordination of SwiftMR integrations
- 1+ years in healthcare IT technical/application support
- Proficiency with TCP/IP and DICOM networking
- Experience with MRI systems, PACS, and imaging software
- Strong problem-solving skills for technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with client-focused approach
- Fluent English and German
- Pro-active team player
- Experience implementing radiology software in clinical environment
- Experience with Linux
Tasks
- Configure and deploy SwiftMR on virtual machines and gateway PCs
- Integrate SwiftMR with MRI systems and PACS
- Manage network and DICOM configurations for smooth interoperability
- Troubleshoot and support seamless data transmission and connectivity
- Ensure secure and reliable cloud-based operations for healthcare facilities
- Provide primary technical support and resolve client issues
- Troubleshoot integration and connectivity issues related to SwiftMR
- Develop and maintain implementation and troubleshooting documentation
- Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure optimal use of SwiftMR
- Plan and coordinate SwiftMR integrations with potential customers
